All posters must be set up on Monday, 28 September, before 18.00 and taken down on Wednesday, 30 September, morning before 12.00.

If you do not yet have sufficient data for a traditional research poster, we would be very happy for you to present a poster outlining your PhD project, research plans, objectives, and the work you intend to undertake.

Poster Session Schedule:

To ensure a good flow and allow participants to visit multiple posters, the poster session will be divided into two groups – even numbers and odd numbers.

• From 20:00-20:45: Even numbers
• From 20:45-21:30: Odd numbers

Instructions:

• All posters should include title, names of authors, institution, city and country. The lettering of the title should be at least 25 mm high and the main text at least 10 mm high.
• The poster should be easily readable from a distance of 2 meters.
• The language of the poster should be English.
• The poster orientation is portrait.
• The measurement of your poster should be approximately A0 Portrait.
• Print your poster yourself (can be printed at the University of Copenhagen).
• Please bring your poster to the meeting yourself.
• The secretariat will provide equipment for setting up the posters on the boards (push pins/drawing pins).
• The secretariat does not take responsibility for left or damaged posters.
